Dating profiles have become easier to polish and harder to trust. KnownBy starts from a different premise: the people who know you can say more about you than a self-written bio ever will.

Every member asks three friends to answer specific questions. Those answers become the profile. Members can reject the whole result and begin again, but they cannot edit a word. The friction is deliberate; it is what makes each profile worth reading.
